| A number of business opt to avail of an outside data destruction company to make sure that they comply to the policies set by WEEE. The companies usually perform the destruction and disposal of all useful paper records and other types of information and data that will provide evidence that the data used to exist. The rules will require the given company to make the proper steps to maintain the service provider and notify the right agencies. They should also inform and notify the service provider so that the information is consumer information. They will then enter into an agreement or contract that will require the service provider to eliminate the information according to the set rules. Even if a business outsources the elimination of all data and records, it should still get a written contract with the disposal company that will acknowledge the destruction of such data and documents, provided these are consumer information. The rules set should still be followed by the disposal company. Servicecare's WEEE disposal and WEEE recycling Services |
