This area of our website provides a Service Request form, and a Query Request form, for customers to fill in and submit.
The Service Request form is available for customers who have a faulty product and have not previously contacted us about this product. Depending on the Manufacturer, this may be used to arrange a pickup and repair or swap.
Please have the date of purchase and serial number of the product available when filling a Service Request form, as these are both necesary to complete the request.
Please note that out of warranty repairs carry a guarantee of three months on the work carried out.
The Query Request form is available for customers who have already informed us of a faulty product, and are requesting the status of that RMA, and/or providing additional information.
When completing the Query Request form, make sure you have your reference number available (which will have been provided when making a service request), or it may not be possible to complete your Query.
Please ensure that all the information entered is correct before submitting either form, as mistakes may cause a delay in processing your request.
