SERVICECARE recognise that many retail business models utilise a Bought-Out Guarantee (BOG) and/or a No Returns Agreement (NRA). To support this process SERVICECARE can refurbish computers and electronics products to "as new" or "graded" standard which allows for a quick return to saleable condition enabling customers to decrease capital in stock by reducing the turnaround.

SERVICECARE via its wholly owned subsidiary Electrotec with its online stores www.electrical-deals.co.uk have an established route to market to maximise the value of these refurbished products without any additional logistics and warehousing costs. This re-sale channel is supported through SERVICECARE's own warranty provision and is therefore totally independent. Should the retailer/manufacturer have its own sales channels the goods can be graded to suit these sales channels and the appropriate grading criteria chosen to add the maximum value at minimum cost.

Through its relationships with many leading manufacturers SERVICECARE offer a service that allows us to verify warranty and reclaim costs of repair.

SERVICECARE's returns management service is provided for clients who wish to have central returns in place for a large variety of electronic goods, which can provide valuable data on a number of predetermined criteria such as completeness of goods, in-bound damage of goods, packaging conditions and warranty status.
