These ISO-accredited processes allow us to work under the existing warranty and repair the item on behalf of manufacturer or retailer at a fraction of the cost of returning the item back to its origin for repair.

Many retail business models use Bought-Out Guarantees (BOG) or No Returns Agreements (NRA). Servicecare's processes allow warranties to be verified, and wherever possible, reclaim costs of repair and refurbishment direct from manufacturers.

Our technical engineers refurbish returned products to 'as new' or 'graded' standards in line with manufacturer warranty agreements. This allows wherever possible for costs to be reclaimed and good re-sold with a 12-month manufacturer or Servicecare warranty.

We are accredited by Blancco Ltd for the safe and secure wiping of all electronic devices. This means we keep your customers' data safe and protects your own brand reputation too.
