Janet Gilbert, Customer Service Manager
Janet joined Electrotec in August 1994 as a Senior Customer Service Advisor and gained promotion to Team leader. Following the merger with Servicecare, she became Customer Service Manager.
She has over 25 years of experience in customer service, working closely with the Workshop and the Logistics teams and is responsible for the following;
- Support for internal and external customers
- Internal and external KPI reports
- Manufacturer’s warranty claims processes
- Logistics administration support
- Call desk activities
Her previous employers include Rank Xerox & Woolworths PLC.
