Rachel Gedey, Account Manager
Rachel joined Servicecare in 2003. During her tenure she has held numerous roles within the company including Customer Service Team leader and QA Team leader. Her diverse experience within the different sectors of the business set her in good stead prior to her progression within Servicecare to her current role as Account Manager.
Rachel acts as the interface between our customers and the Servicecare team to identify our customers’ needs and work out how Servicecare can best meet their requirements and in doing so works closely with all areas of the business including the workshop, logistics and the Customer Service Team.
Rachel is additionally responsible for the QA team and with this role this guarantees she is able to fully support our customers to ensure their needs are met to the highest of standards.
