Jonathan joins Servicecare following stints at major multi-nationals like GSK, Colgate-Palmolive, Brightpoint (Ingram Micro) and Carrier. He has over 15 years’ senior management experience in sales operations, which Jonathan says he’s looking forward to bringing to the role:
“I have always had a passion for sales and sales operations. The commercial director role seemed a nice fit in terms of what I enjoy doing and it’s an area where I can bring my experience and expertise to help accelerate business growth.
“I was attracted to Servicecare as it is a professional and established business which is positioning itself for a period of sustainable growth through organic and acquisition strategies.”
Jonathan’s broad base of expertise includes business development, P&L management, strategic planning, change management, demand planning, and budget forecasting. And in order to help Servicecare deliver on its targets, Jonathan will be calling on all of his expertise:
“I was recruited to continue Servicare’s transition from SME to a plc, focusing on developing the commercial aspect of the business. I am committed to helping Servicecare deliver our 5 year plan and drive continuous improvement strategies through our commercial processes to optimise yield returns on our customers’ assets.”
Having managed multi-cultural teams in Europe, Middle East and Australasia, Jonathan says he’s relishing the relationship-building period ahead:
“I’m looking forward to building new relationships within the consumer electronics eco-system and working with the team to position Servicecare as the partner of choice for the repair, refurbishment and remarketing of consumer electronics.”
