Sabeena Tennant

Sabeena joined Servicecare in 2016 as an account manager and is the voice of the customer within the company. Her role is to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do, and their needs and requirements are met quickly and efficiently. She will not only talk to our customers on a day to day basis but also manage their potential needs for the future, always looking ahead to what we can do together.

Sabeena hasĀ 10 years of experience in Service and Sales, managing relationships and setting expectations B2C and B2B. Her career started and progressed within Telecommunications at O2, as she grew to manage a team of High Level Complaint Executives across two UK sites, whilst supporting the outsource relationship in India.

Sabeena then moved to AO.com as a Sales Manager, part of a highly energetic, successful team setting and breaking targets, generating revenue for the business to grow rapidly.

With a passion for service, people and success Sabeena will build and maintain relationships with our customers making sure they are part of our every decision and company progression.
